In August, 2010 we held our first Mom Heart Leader Intensive Training (MHLIT) at our home in Monument, CO. Fifty women from all across the U.S., Canada, and overseas crowded daily into Sally’s house and Deb Weakly’s house for three days of intensive ministry training. Deep and lasting friendships were formed, visions were cast and caught, and ministries were birthed in our time together. Our prayer is to encourage and equip more wholehearted moms this year to become part of a global movement of Mom Heart groups. Sorry, but the 2011 Monument, CO Intensive is full.

Hi there at Wholeheart – I believe Sally will be off-line to contact for a little while, but just want to express my keen interest (!) to take up her invitation to attend the intensive leadership training in Colorado in August. I understand the Wholeheart Board offered the invitation to two Australians to attend in light of her postponing her plans to visit this month.
A friend, Tara Marsh, who was to coordinate the Sydney conference with me for Sally’s visit is also applying to come to the States with me – so could you consider our applications together?

I know you all are getting things up and running. I have searched the WH site for the preregistration this morning (June 6, 2011) and cannot find the link. Please advise on preregistration for NC. I would love to preregister for this event.

Will there be any other Leader Intensive Training weekends in 2011? I was interested in attending, but never saw anything about it until now and I see it’s already full!
Keep me posted about future opportunities! I have led a Mission of Motherhood group (along with a close friend), and now I am leading another group in my home based on Linda Dillow’s _Calm My Anxious Heart_. Once this one is over (Sept), I will be starting another study this fall on _Seasons of a Mother’s Heart_ using the videos as well. I’m so excited, and the women love our discussions! I would love some help/training to make things even better!

Unfortunately, there is only the one here in CO this year. We got a very late start, and only three were briefly posted in June and sent out to our email list. However, we decided to go only with the CO Intensive and it filled fairly quickly. Sorry we somehow missed you. There’s a possibility Sally will offer two in CO next year. Your groups sound wonderful. Be watching for the Mom Heart website and blog soon.
Is there any way to find out if someone in our area has been through the training? If no further trainings are available until next year, it would be great to connect with someone who’s been through it. We’re in the Charlotte, NC area.

Oh how I would love to be a part of this! Can the women Sally has trained turn around and do a training in their area? This should definitely branch out! Sally can’t do it all

We are in the process of creating a Mom Heart Online website that will include a directory of Mom Heart groups. We hope to have it ready this fall.
